Course Description

This ICAgile-accredited course reinforces Agile as a mindset, not a methodology. Lessons offer firsthand experience in avoiding common pitfalls and understanding how Agile can maximize value for your organization. Whether you are new to Agile or an experienced practitioner who recognizes the need to “be” Agile rather than “do” it, this is where your journey begins.
