Social workers are mandated by our profession’s code of ethics to advocate for clients in a variety of capacities. This workshop will boost our confidence and skills in representing clients to decision-makers for achieving better outcomes, at both case and system levels of practice. The focus will be on key elements of advocacy processes and will offer generalizable principles, strategies, and tactics to guide our advocacy actions.
