Discuss the unique characteristics and management complexities associated with the nonprofit sector, respectively, the internal and external environment of nonprofit organizations, governance and board structure and how to build an effective governing and executive-board relationship. Analyze the keys to being mission-driven and ethical issues in nonprofit organizations.
