Legal and Ethical Considerations with Medical Marijuana: An Introduction

This workshop will begin with a brief history of the marijuana plant and its uses. We will explore the beginnings of prohibition at the Federal level and Federal laws on the use of marijuana and the history of medical marijuana in Michigan.
 
The class will also focus on ethical considerations based on the NASW Code-of-Ethics and participants will discuss and evaluate multiple case scenarios.
