Course Description
This course is designed to support educational leaders in starting to implement restorative practices school- or district-wide with more intentionality and depth. Whether you need dedicated time and space to think through implementation or are in a position to put your plan in motion come fall, this training is for you.
Through this course, participants will:

Develop a “why” for school transformation guided by RP

Understand the components of Implementation Science as a framework for implementing school-wide RP transformation

Begin designing an implementation team for RP transformation

Analyze current readiness, opportunities, and challenges for implementing RP transformation

Consider strategies for making RP transformation an easier lift

Make a plan to start the process
Who's a good fit for this training?
This one-day course is intended for district, building and instructional leaders or other staff who serve as SEL or Behavioral supports building wide. Participants are expected to have had introductory Restorative Practices (RP) training prior to attending the training.
Teams of 2-4 people from a building or district are highly encouraged so that you can collaborate as a group.

*If you are attending with a group, please use separate devices. It makes the virtual experience will run more smoothly if you are each individually logged onto your own computers. If you use the same device it makes it difficult for breakout rooms and large discussions. Thank you.
