Examine the key elements of the human resource process (recruitment, appointment, training, appointing, supervising and evaluating) as they apply to personnel and volunteers. Learn the key components of effective supervision, benchmarks for quality personnel and volunteer performance and the ways to measure these over time. Discuss work interactions and how these relationships can be enhanced for overall mission effectiveness.
