Course Overview
Leading Well is a transformative wellness program designed for, by, and about women principals and educational leaders. This 11-month journey creates brave spaces for women to examine wellness needs, practice radical self-care, and resist the systems that demand our labor while denying our humanity. Participants engage with texts like The Self-Love Workbook and Dare to Lead while building community with other women leaders who understand the unique challenges we face.
Monthly Components
Each month includes:
Virtual meetings with Dr. Rema and cohort members
Readings and reflections
Journaling prompts
Wellness surveys and assessments
Facilitated discussions
Participant-led meditation and healing practices
Community care check-ins
